"Blues Below"

You could say this painting depicts the calm before the crowd… It’s not often that you can catch Merewether baths with very few people, before the rest of the saltwater lovers make their way down. I captured this from the edge of the cliff, on a grassy ledge which lines the bathes, where the perspective of this scene struck me as beautifully unique. It’s an observation of individuals going about their morning routines and sharing the practice of a morning cleanse.
